One booking covers product, personalization, people, and the station itself. Here is the full menu of what we can stage — and how each piece is scoped.

Heat-applied initials, full names, and numbers finish in under a minute. We use this lane to absorb rush periods so the embroidery side never builds a discouraging queue.
Chenille and woven letters applied to caps, totes, and jackets while the guest watches. Add-on motifs — stars, hearts, city marks — let guests build a piece that feels styled, not stamped.
We supply event-proven blanks: Bella+Canvas 3001 tees, heavyweight canvas totes, Richardson 112 and Flexfit caps, and gifting-tier layers. Or personalize product you already ordered — we will tell you if it can take a needle or a press.
Backdrop, table wrap, signage, monogram menu cards, and crew apparel produced to your brand guide or your sponsor's. We design the station like a booth, not a folding table.
Operators, a line host, and a lead who owns the run-of-show. Staffing is billed at $250/hr and always includes setup and teardown time — no surprise labor math after the event.

Station logistics
Planners appreciate that this is a light footprint for how much presence it has. The standard build fits a 10×10 space; a double-sided layout for large receptions wants roughly 10×20.
